Text of Complaint by Subir Ghosh:

I had two mobile numbers-8884441099 and 7406001012. In the course of the connection,

1. Vodafone consistently overcharges me for VAS, which I had not opted for.

2. Marketing/Sales executive proposed lucrative plans, though they suppressed hidden charges.

3. On Jan 2018, I asked for changing the plan to certain plan, but they changed it to more expensive plan without my consent. Initially they were denying the same till I produced the relevant emails.

4. Now, since I didn’t surrender to their illegal demand, Vodafone is threatening on legal action, reducing CIBIL score etc.

Please advise.
