Hi,
i had a mobile device which was protected under the vodafone red shield program. My device got damaged and i raised a claim for the same.
I submitted all the documents and paid up the excess amount as well online. It was informed to me that the device would be sent back to me by 22nd Dec’18 .
However, till date I haven’t received my handset and there is no update from the helpline. Rather they are clueless and disconnecting my calls. No call backs inspite of multiple requests. No revert on mails.
I don’t know where to approach for resolution.
Complete pathetic service and now I am sacred for my handset as well?
