Hello Sir,
I have Paid Rs 584 in Vodafone store -OMR Chennai Center to Convert my Number from Post paid to prepaid. But after 2 days Vodafone people said that they will not able to convert my number from Post paid to prepaid and they reactivated as post paid. Now they are refusing to return my money what I paid them to activate as Prepaid. Several complain raised in Vodafone customer care, No one is able to resolve the problem. Please help.
