Sir,my vodafone no. Is 8758582778. You are mentally giving me big torture of my life. Without my permission you charged me rs.650 for vas services. Everytime you charge my for any random services and when i call on customer care they say.
Dont worry we will deactivate it and we are putting your no. On black list. You wont face this problem again. Every second day same thing same story. I am fed up of all this. Till now i paid around rs1000. I
dont have capacity to pay more without my mistake . I am using vodafone services since last 7 years but after this daylight cheat from your end,i will surely port my 9-10 no.s of my family to airtel.
Your network services are excellent but you are such a big cheat. I will pay all your bills for final time and will wish i never use vodafone again. It wont make big difference to you by 10 billing no.s but yes,just being a true citizen of India.
I would like to advise you.In a long run,cheating wont help to sustain but customer satisfaction can help you stay afloat.
Pathetic experience of my life and i will surely send copy of my bills and cheating report copies on my social networking groups as well. Let the world know how this robbery is going on in a daylight.
