Hi
I been charged for voice mail services on my Vodafone number which I never used and asked for
My number is 7030389444
I had called 198 complaints number a month ago and asked them revert the charges and deactivate the same which they assured was done and now again they have charged me for voice mail.
When called the complaints team they denied to revert the charges stating last time it was done as goodwill gesture and they can’t do it again
Also I was charged for some internet charges when I don’t use internet from Vodafone
When asked to speak with supervisor the associate HARSHA spoke with supervisor and he NITIN KULKARNI denied to take over the call and speak with me
I want the charges reversed and also a compensation on the pain and suffering I had to go through
