I Arun Kumar Singh subscribed post paid Vodafone connection last Month . Bill was paid in cash at to Mr Rahul Kumar, Bill Collection Agent at its cibil Line Unnao UP Office.
The Bill was neither paid nor they have provided the Bill receipt despite several request to Mr Saurabh Srivastava In charge of Vodafone Office and subsequently suspend the service.
I again paid the Bill online amounting to Rs. 907 on August 12, 2018 vide Transaction ID NIDB6573170486 . But I am still facing the problem . The have neither resume the service nor updated the Bills which have already been paid
