Dear sir/Mam
i am shiv nirala and i’m user of vodafone, my issue is balance deduct & after when i am calling vodafone customer complain not connect my call,when talk other number than customer say i can’t return your balance b’coze you call late.
As your information my calling,Internet, sms all are free.
