Hi Team,
My name is Mohd Azhar. I have complaint againt to vodafone india, please file my complaint againt to vodafone. One of the vodafone service has been activated on my number.
I have called to vodafone please help deactivae those service and return my balance. The CCE told i will deactivate the service and return the amount. Next day again balance deducted i have file the complaint again.
Yesterday also i have submitted my complaint again 3pm ist and waiting for resolution and then i have called again for the same 5pm. My balance still deducted.
Please help me.
