- There has been multiple times auto deduction of money from my prepaid account for services that i have not activated. Multiple times i reported and got refund but this is continuing even after repeated complaints.
Spoke to the manager as well but no help. Recent deduction done again and none of vodafone nos are connecting to helpline nos and balance has been deducted.
I have all the proofs of sms and deductions by vodafone. Who so ever is looking into this complaint please suggest solution and help.
