Hi,
on 17/03/2018- Recharged my Vodafone number through Paytm. In Paytm I browsed for the plan and found a plan for 346rs with unlimited calls and 1.5gb/day data plan for 28days and recharged my number.
But the plan was not active. When I called customer care they said there is no plan for 346. And the amount was credited to me as a talktime.
question 1: why was the plan shown on Paytm browse plan when the plan was not active. Graduate in showing the customer with false plans and unnecessary charged.
– Again on 17/03/2018 I recharged for 120rs and then visited the Vodafone app, browsed for plan 349 rs (which says unlimited local/std calls and 2.5gb data per day for 28d,) and activated the plan. I got a message saying the 349 plan is activated. On 23/03/2018 I get a message saying plan is expired.
question2: though the plan says its for 28d how can the plan expire I. 5 days?
Now when I call the customer care they say they Ll credit the about as talktime. From 17th till 23rd I have spent 500rs to recharge and active a plan. Still there is no plan active and my balance is zero. Why should I get a talktime back instead of plan being active? I need the plan to be active n do it want the amount to be credited as talktime. I don’t want to lose more money I taxed instead need all the amount I spent back! PFA for proofs.
Thanks!
