Dear Team,
I have daily received a SMS of deduction of amount due to activation of value added services, but I have not activate any value added services. I am facing this problem from last 2 months, I also call on customer care number but not able to talk with customer care executive. No one is here to resolve the issue and amount is deducted from my balance on daily basis.
I write the complainant on a serious note to resolve the issue. Kindly insure no activation of any value added services is subscribe on my number.
