A ‘Health o Fortnightly’ service was activated without my consent and my balance was deducted for 1 month1 @ 45 INR.
I never approved any subscription of this service. Neither through message, call or app and still I’m being told that I had activated this.
In fact fortunately I caught this message while checking my inbox and it was auto-initiated with the vodafone team by default activating it and asking customers to cancel it which only happened today as this message was caught by me.
