Dear Sir/Madam,
Kindly inform you that i – Jigar Bhagat has already made request to Change My Existing Postpaid plan from Red Basic Rs.299 to IndusInd Bank Ltd. Corporate Plan of Rs.249 for My Contact No. 89800 28784 on 23-04-2020.
But Vodafone company has converted my Postpaid No. 89800 28784 into Vodafone Red X Plan of Rs.1099 without any prior Intimation to Me.
Note that i have not made any request to convert my No. Into Vodafone Red X Plan then why i have to pay Rs. 3000/- exit fees, if tariff plan is changed within 6 months as per your policy.
For this Issue, i had talked with your company Corporate Business Executive Mr. BHAVESH KHATIWALA ( Mob. No.+919909900555) & His SUPERIOR MR. MAHESH GHELANI (Mob. No.+919824104508) but Issue was not solved by them.
Kindly change my Existing Postpaid plan From Red X to IndusInd Bank Corporate Plan of Rs.249 without charging Exit Fees of Rs.3000/-.
Do the needful.
