I would like to inform you that I am customer of vodafone from past 5 year, using the contact no 8588826994 and using other 3 co-corporate no.s of Vodafone. due to poor networks i have port my no to jio. Before the porting my sim from voda to jio I have clear the all dues bill + advance payment of Rs-150/- to vodafone store on east delhi (geeta colony voda store). After that on 4-jun my no was ported on jio after 3 months they are sending me the bill amount of Rs-144.00 if i have already pay to voda store of Rs-150/-, why they are sending me the dues.
Many executives from voda was calling me regarding the payment i have already explained ask my payment with your voda store why they are not updating my payment on system. After that i am facing the problem on jio sim it is also not working.
After that yesterday night i have again paid the Rs-144/- , after that my no is not working. Now I am very much disappointment with voda.
Tell me due to sim who will be responsible for my lose.
