I have taken Vodafone red x postpaid plan recently.which is 1200 per month.

they promised faster speed but speed has drastically reduced

priority customer service which is false

Netflix promised for the standard plan but received a basic plan

they have even removed the speed test option from their app recently.

previously had promised the bill guarantee for the number and did not activate it and was charged extra and disconnected my connection and made me pay full money without even checking the details.

i have tried many times calling and giving the complaint to appellate also but no proper response.

this new plan is a trap where customers need to pay money to disconnect the plan.

I have tried calling them for help and totally humiliated feel bad and trapped by Vodafone cheating.

I have call recordings and email and screenshots of internet speed as well.

i am paying around 1200 rs monthly for this service. they give a lame reason for the issue and does not fix it. it has been almost 2 months now and my issue is still not resolved.

i don’t know how to go about it. so just writing my complaint here.
