I HAVE BEEN CHEATED BY THE VODAFONE ON THE SAME DOWNLOAD AND RS.49-00 PLUS SERVICE TAX IS INCLUDED IN MY M-BILL OF NOV-2015. CUSTOMER CARE HAS NO ANSWER ABOUT THIS DOWNLOAD. THE TIME SHOWN OF DOWNLOAD IS 00:00:24 HOURS ON 10-11-2015. I HAVE TO LODGE COMPLAINT TO DOT FOR THE SAME. ALL SUCH CUSTOMERS ARE ALSO REQUESTED TO COMPLAINT THROUGH PG-PORTAL TO DOT FOR REDRESSAL OF THEIR GRIEVANCES.
