Text of Complaint by Valencia Fernandes:

Hello Sir, I had purchased a 549/-data plan of Vodafone in which i get 3gb internet/per day & unlimited calling valid for 84 days.

Somehow i used the per day 3gb data internet and i need more internet data for that day so i recharged a plan of 199/- in which i get 1.4 gb data per day.

Later i saw that after 12 o clock 3 gb data was not renewed for which i paid 549/- so i called the customer care no to enquire on my internet plan i told them the complete senerio but they denied to give the services of 3gb per day stating the 549/- recharge has collapsed sine i did another recharge after that one and the recent recharge will be carried forward.

Which meant 549/- data recharge was of no use now. The agent on call was not ready to help out or even listen and agents (Amol) just disconnected the call.

My complaint is that 549/- is a big amount for me i am a non working women with difficulty i managed for 549/- i need Vodafone to renew my 549/- recharge or refund amount back .
