Hello Vodafone India,
 
I am writing this complaint here regarding your customer care department.
 
Here is the issue:
I have been facing increased usage charges on my postpaid number. I called Vodafone Customer care department to check with the billing details.
 
11th April, I talked to your customer care person named Mr. Md. Asif and Mr. Harpreet. They have told me that they are extremely sorry for not informing me about the increased charges on my plan from now on for so and so reason. Then I have asked Mr. Harpreet to tell me plans which I can change to and I was told about the Plan of Rs.299 including the feasible discount they have given me because I have called the Vodafone CC. I have asked him that I need to confirm and if I call again would this Plan be still available and I was told YES.
 
Again I called Vodafone CC for change of my Mobile Plan and the series of harassment started and how they have started cheating me on the call.
 
I talked to your CC person, Mr. Niranjan Gupta, who couldn’t resolve one query of mine. He is so well versed that giving me Corporate Address of Vodafone Office is like giving a personal detail according to him. He couldn’t change my plan, he couldn’t connect me to the support team of Vodafone. He couldn’t tell me why there was no update from Vodafone for the increase of the usage charges on my number.
 
Then he connected me to another Vodafone CC person, Mr.Indrajeet Singh who have put me on mute while he was catering to the issues I was telling.
 
My call was further connected to Miss Seema Kumari from your Vodafone India CC department who seriously makes a big fool of the users. She told me the plan and gave me discount and then in the end said, Ma’am only for 6 billing cycle.
 
Dear Vodafone, what do you think of the users ?? Do you think they are some fool here and would use your services with whatever and however you make them ?
 
I have a problem regarding what has been promised to me by Vodafone is not fulfilled and not because vodafone is not giving me discounts. I have a problem that I have been cheated with money over bills. Then I have been cheated over a customer care call. Then again I have been cheated and made a fool by your own Vodafone CC person by telling me that this plan is only for 6 months and then it will automatically be changed to normal. Why have I been told about the Plan anyway when you will change it automatically after sometime. But vodafone doesnt loose its customers so, lets give customer a discount for few days and then change the plan to normal from backend and charge the users however we want. Right ???
