Hi,
I was having 349 plan with vodafone before, in that they have provided me 35GB of data . Now they made changed to 499 plan without any intimation. In this they are provided me only 5 GB of data. and they said that I have used more data(12 GB which is 1/3 of my previous) so the bill become 1150 rs.
Then they called me on my number. I asked about this aggressively, but they are not ready to accept their fault. So I do register a complaint against them on consumer court. even it is a small amount but its happening in most of telecom operator. Many are suffered like me.
