Text of Complaint by Md Muzaffar Ahmed:

Its been over 3 months since I joined Vodafone and I expected good connection from them considering my last provider never offered that and Vodafone did live up to my expectations with the network and it has an amazing network so I won’t take that away from it

however before signing up for this I was promised I would only be paying an amount of 399 as my bill and nothing less and nothing more yet for the last few months I’ve been asked to pay around 480 which is baseless when they promised and ensured it would just be 399

so I’m gutted and disappointed with the false hopes and bad marketing made by Vodafone to lure me into such a situation where now I have to pay the extra amount even though I don’t need to and all the promises we had were no good so I’d like some big steps taken against them
