I was in Dubai from 14 -05-19 to 20-05-19 and when I was landed in Dubai message came from Vodafone that you have charged rs.99 for international roaming charges.i had rs. 39 balance and after deduction , it will go in -59 .
There is no consent from me and Vodafone haven’t asked for such charges .I have disabled the network as soon as I show the message. I didn’t use in services from international period.
I have call in 198 but they denied to refund or register the complaint.
How Vodafone can deduct such charges without consumer consent and how can balance be gone negative
I want justice for it
