Text of Complaint by Amol Bariya Sousa:

I tried paying for a recharge through the My Vodafone mobile app. I first used a UPI wherein the payment was successful but the payment did not reflect in the My Vodafone app. After this I tried paying for the same service with my debit card, I was charged again but this did not reflect in the My Vodafone app.
