Hi Team,
My phone number : 9538066651. Which back in March I had cleared the dues and called Vodafone customer care to deactivate the number, post which as the number belongs to Karnataka I got a call from Karnataka circle confirming the same on call. Since, I was leaving the country I had deactivated the number. Even on insisting by the vodafone representative on keeping the number active I declined.
I do not have any written communication from Vodafone that they had deactivated.
Now they generate this bill and want me to pay. I declined to pay because i had raised request for deactivation. And now I am being threatened for court of law and also the email id : Nagendra.G1@vodafone.com mentioned in the email is not working. I as a Vodafone customer have paid my dues. But when I rightly asked for deactivation I will not pay the bill generated post the confirmation
