Vodafone changed my postpaid plan from Rs 149/- to Rs 399/- without my knowledge and permission and has been sending me bills of around 450/- every month since jan’2019.
I called their customer complaint and they lied to me that Rs 399/- is the minimum postpaid plan that is available with them.I asked them to mail me the details but they refused to do it so.
What kind of Customer harassment is this??They are doing fraud with their customers and just earning money from their customers without their customer’s knowledge.
I want this company to pay heavy penalty to me for doing fraud with me, harassing me and breaching my trust.
