Call Drop on Vodafone Network

Tried calling a few contacts, and the call was not going through, then called customer service and they instructed to restart the phone, change certain settings. And finally said the validity is over, please recharge.

While my validity was valid till 20th June.

I did recharge of 245 and tried again,still the same problem so called customer service again and had to wait for nearly 10mins.

They tell me they have done a network reset, and asked me to try again.

Still nothing

Two hours from then at around 8 pm. I could make calls.

So I lost a lot of important calls for around 2 hours.
