Dear Concern,
Its been observe and notice that i have received post my paid bill which force me to sift my number to other company or prepaid where at list i can get better service.
this is not the fist time , i have received very unauthenticated bills amount which really injustices to me.
being a more than 10 yr old customer , i finally decided that i have to leave Vodafone due to billing issues only .
Adding more on that. I have received a call from Vodafone customer care from number -07971032300 reading my billing issue but not able to justify my query.
So request you to process the same and write off my extra bill amount of 871 ru urgently
