Text of Complaint by Shardul Viradiya:

I have vodafone postpaid no. 7046222236. Till 2017, they are debit rs. 50 as a charge of physical bill. But, till date i did not recieve bill. So, why are they debited. I want all worst experience about billing issue ever before other telecom companies. called customer care 4-5 times. but everytime, got different answers. none of vodafone employees know actual thing. my detailed bill charged rs. 50 every month since started with vodafone. but, i heard recently from vodafone customer employee that detailed bill is free service for soft copy. but, some people are charged and some people are not charged. i am try to download my detailed bill from smartbill from mail. but, unable to download due to some reasons. after this, i visited vodafone care located at Parimal Chowk, Bhavnagar, Gujarat. but not get positive response from vodafone care employee to solve issue. i am helpless from last 4 days. i am available on mobile no. 7046222236..
