Dear Sir

my mother is using vodafone number in past two month they the send wrong bill and when i can to credit the same the not listing the same the charged of some special number charge for call lasted more than one hrs how ever my mother age is 60 and also she can’t listen how can she talk for one hour and the have charged for download also i cant understand how the i am giving you just my call detail of mu one bill
