Please Help , one person came to my hotel , for vodafone postpaid card connection , he make me fool that sir i have good plan for month then i was using my no in prepaid , he sai please take postpaid card same no without pay ..then i port my no in postpaid he given me rs 299 plan fro month my this no only i ketp for incoming i dint any call then they send me bill rs 800 . i was very dis point with this i told to customer care please i dont need this postpaid card , they said we cant do any thing till 3 months , ok i said please give me small plan then they given me 199 plan again will come rs 1000 ..
after 3 month i went Vodafone store for prepaid , but they told me etra lot of charges ,,then i paid the bill .phir 6 dec 2018 ko i have done postpaid to prepaid process , they said your card will be deactivate from postpaid , and they given me other sim from same no ..but not done ,and they send me again 891 bill
