I had received a message in the morning about paying bill for my earlier service provider or else my services will be suspended.
I am currently out of Mumbai and in delhi on work hence my father completed all the procedure. Inspite of completing everything my outgoing service has been barred.
I would really like to know the reason for the same.do they have any idea what an inconvinience it is to be out of town and unable to call anyone. It’s completely unprofessional and unprecedented.i really want a explaination for this.
If they randomly start doing this, customers are going to chose other providers. Being a woman aloan visiting a different city and facing issues such as inability to call is very serious.
They better take note of the same.such behavior is completely unaccounted for. If they messages regarding procedure, then they have to make sure that system is updated when the procedures are complete
