- Vodafone is making it mandatory to make a recharge to get incoming calls. It deducted all my balance and yet is asking me to recharge again for getting calls. For outgoing calls it’s adjustable for it has stopped incoming calls as well and i do get important calls in that number. I’m a student and cannot afford to pay for incoming calls
