Text of Complaint by Abhishek J R:

Hello Sir/Madam,

There has been an issue from past 1.5 to 2 months where vodafone and airtel are forcing people to recharge their numbers with any of the unlimited packs to continue to get its services like outgoing call and sms. Even if there is some balance in the account we are not able to make calls or send sms and they tell us to recharge with some unlimited like Rs. 149 or 199 or more cost packs to resume the services. My question is that how can the telecom operator force us to do recharge if we don’t want to recharge?. I also contacted the customer care services and they tell that this action is taken since they have got the notice from the Govnt (I also have their call recorded with me for proof). I kindly request you to take some necessary action to regulate these issues and help the citizens of the country from these foreign services providers who try to loot the country
