Text of Complaint by Saugat Haldar:

I have been getting charge for the VAS services without my consent. It is been happening for last 4 billing cycle. I have submitted so many complains in every month regarding this and in return they said that i have been using this VAS service. I have even put my self in the blacklist but still getting charged for the VAS services.
