I had recharged my vodafone pack on 08-04-2020 of Rs. 599 unlimited calls and 1.5GB per day pack (kerala). But from 08-04-2020 till now , my internet is not working even though I can use my unlimited calls. I tried calling Vodafone care, it guided me with certain details like putting the Sim in Sim-1 slot, etc. I tried all nothing worked. I tried connecting to any Vodafone agent but they are not available. It seems like I have wasted my money on recharging, as I required internet connection urgently. I request to kindly look into the matter at the earliest. My vodafone number is 9539300768
