hello my name is R.Thangaraj my vf num:8940705767.for my mobile is 4G hanset,Sim 4G,my area 4G Available.but is not coming in my mobile 4G Signal,only 3G&2G working.is not use in 4G speed.already call on customer care is not responding,or two complaint,but no response complains Num:760457846 and 773458014}i will try this options access point names,preferred network type or default APN settings,or system update,but my problem is not solve.(for call on Redmi care telling is device in already 2300 band width. but vodafone sims 2100 band width.all sim support 4G Speed other networks.but vodafone Network only problem.is not device issue,for network issue)is not one user problem,my areas all users problem,help or raise the complaint for technically.
