Dear Sir/ma’am

 

Really frustrated with Idea/Vodafone services, they are not allowing me to Port my number. Every time I try to PORT, I get a message like UPC can not be generated due to subsisting contractual obligations. Why do we suffer because of all this????

What they do smartly is they respond back in 48 hrs on email or call to avoid their escalation matrix & every time they asked for the same details again n again but not taken any action to resolve the query.

Don’t know what is the issue in their system or way of working.

If, I am paying my bill amount on time to time & there is no outstanding amount. Then why they are not able to provide the PORT code to me.

On 5th April 2021, Again I called customer care 198 to ask for my status, they told me some or other troubleshooting ideas but the problem is not resolved.

Even on 7th April 2021, In this Pandemic situation also I moved out of my society to reached to  Vodafone Store Kukatpally branch- Hyderabad, but they are not able to help me out. They are helpless it seems.
