- Vodafone stopped lifetime validity prepaid plan with service validity without taking their consumer in confidence. This way all the consumers who took the plan are cheated as now they have to pay for the validity once gain when initially consumer brought the card for the life time validity
- Why incoming sms/OTP is stopped when the outgoing validity expires it does not make sense. As a result, consumer cannot get OTP messages or any other messages from the bank which are now tightly couple to mobile number for internet banking previously we used to get it on the email now the bank has stopped providing the OTP on emails.
