Hello Airtel, i have been facing network issues for almost a year now. I have continuously asked for help from Airtel showroom in Sector 20 Panchkula , They always say the same thing that my issue has been forwarded , a technical team member will reach you at your place and resolve the problem. For the past one year no one came .
Please ask Vikas (82838 59714) of sector 20 Panchkula Airtel showroom why there is so much lag because i cant reach him as he is rejecting my calls for almost 2 weeks in a row. I am working in a MNC and having a good internet connection is a must .
Because of this ignorant behaviour of your ignorant employees I am facing alot of trouble in my professional life.
Either you guys solve the problem or you guys cut my connection .
You guys are a Giant in network service industry. Act like it.. live up to your brand value . Dont let these stupid, lying, ignorant employees ruin you value. Because if i leave airtel , 5 more connections are gonna leave along with me .
