Subject: Help and a Serious Complain !! ** Urgent Attention ** ** Serious Level 1 Escalation ** ORDER # 171-9882549-1070734 , ORDER # 171-8026030-0779509 Team.. I got your contact from internet and I am approaching you because I am being harassed by Amazon Customer service team member “Vijay”. Following are concerns that need to be addressed – 1. I had received a very poor service from Vijay , where he behaved rude, asked me to hang up the call and had a suspicious attitude towards my query. 2. Upon which I felt really disrespected and will never ever forgive amazon for this behaviour towards a customer, Amazon has the audacity to call itself as the most customer centric company where customer are treated like slaves and your team members make them feel so helpless. He even denied to share his EID while he could see everything about me. 3. With such disappointment in Amazon, I decided to file a complaint and gave a dissatisfied score . 4. Vijay called me the next day on the pretext of a follow up and behaved the exact same way and had to audacity to ask me if I had complained about him. 5. My concern here is that, how did he take my number out of your system ? is it not against GDPR ? he first called me through your helpline and you can listen to his threatening behavior. But how did he manage to access my phone number ? 6. I called the escalation desk immediately after Vijay called me and this time I spoke to someone called Raja – who seemed to be sleeping while I was talking and refused to atleast hear my concern and register my complain. Pl look into this.
