Day before yesterday I got no signal error so I call customer case and she just asked me to turn off the setup box and turn it back on, she never asked me to do factory reset which the other day tech did and took 200 for no reason.
Further, the tech called me yesterday at 7.30 am in the morning and came at 9.30 which I don’t think so is the right time to call. 2nd he said I can improve the signal but the dish is 10 feet above the ground level and as I don’t have ladder I cant fix it and so I got the same no signal error within 6 hours. 3rd the tech did not gave me any bill or invoice that he tool 200 from me for no reason.4th when I call the customer case again which i keep doing from past 4 years he said you will need to pay the 200 again as the previous tech did not updated the account.
Whats going on I am paying 700 per month for all your shit issues and excuses.
I have changed the setup box for no reason 2 months ago I have 2 pair of HDMI cables and past year i have also changed the camera of dish, so how on god earth those techs who fixed the dish and changed the camera were able to reach till dish and y is this tech who is just not willing to fix my issue has so many issues.
