Multiple complaints

1) No reply to sent emails on bad service
2) unable to connect customer care pupets
3) Recharge done but not getting process and resulting in no entertainment.

REALLY PATHETIC SERVICE GOOD FOR NOTHING ALL TOP MANAGEMENT ARE USELESS AS THEY ARE NOT AWARE WHAT IS HAPPENING ON GROUND LEVEL. YOUR REPRESENTATIVE AND SERVICE ARE GOOD FOR NOTHING AND BY NOT RESOLVING THIS ISSUE I WILL ALSO CATEGORISED UPPER MANAGEMENT IN SAME CATEGORY.
