Hi team , Good evening
I faced internet problem in my area (siddantham,West Godavari, A.P) since last 10months.
When I communicate with jio team they told like this.
- We will improve our service in your area or
- There are so many users use jio sim at this time or
- Signal will be good after 2 or 3 hours… please check it. or
- Reset APN settings in my mobile.
THIS IS THE WORST SIM SIGNALS I’VE NEVER SEEN BEFORE IT.
Kindly check for my number (+91-9381204565) .I raised complaints nearly since june-2018…From that period to till now they told like that(mentioned in above).
I don’t get even 1% of signal improvement.If it is not possible to provide best signals directly tell to me.
Some of my villagers change from jio to other best sim services.But I hope and believe jio will also improve signals in my area.Till now I don’t get even 1% of signal improvement and perform worst signalling in my area.
