Sir I called to customer care on 2may 2020 to recharge my d2h setup box.They told me you have to recharge with 300 super gold pack.
I recharged with 300 but till 3may 2020 evening,on all channels except home channel showing E16 -4 error.
I made call to customer care many time they refresh the setupbox but still same problem.
My customer Id is 86356415
My 300 rs gone what to suggest.
