I recharge rupees 99 and got 99 on 15 August 2022 and I use almost 4-8 rupees till 23 August 2022 and from 26 August when I was calling it is showing 0 balance and i complain it around 9-10times at vi helpline no. And not get refund till now and my pack is already expired on 11 September 2022. So, I am complaining here as my problem is not yet solved now they are telling your pack is expired .
