Text of Complaint by Abhisek:

Despite my message, the order arrived with a lousy packing. No containers were provided. Everything was packed in small packets. One of the packets, it seems was torn and the contents were spilled over other packet as well.

It seemed very unhygienic, so I didn’t eat that.
When I tried chat, they said to reply to the mail.
They are even denying any refund.
