they guys make wrong commitment… cheat the customer… i had called and confirmed 4 to 5 times to my order will be delivered or not… made wrong commitment every time… very pathetic and worst service …..wasted time, who will pay the loss… uper se senior representer or manager was very rude.. talking disrespectfully they didnot know how to guest recover… LAAF is missing…. teach them…. L – listen, A-apology, A- action, F – feedback. I am not filing this complaint about the money, rather I am complaining about the service. I am appalled at this behaviour from the manager and workers and I am very disappointed.
