I have been jio customer for quite long and have never faced such poor connection issue. From last month, the internet is working at a negligible speed. Downloading and unloading are too slow for any use. The company has not taken any step improving the connectivity and i guess now it is time we switch to some other network. The area where i live in is Chetganj Varanasi pincode:221001. Please look into the matter
