Paytm agent was gave me soundbox for Auto rickshaw without provide information and policy of sound box. He was just told me its free and without any charges for service.
After 2-3 Hrs, some SMS received me that it was rental soundbox and they dont tell about it.
then i complaint in paytm to deactivate my soundbox she told me will deactivate 4 to 5 days but u can use QR code & Merchant id for receiving & sending money without any charges. but next day cut the rent 125 Rs from my bank.. I again raise a complaint for refund Releted they tell me that your complaint was raised and 125 Rs will refund after deactivation.
Next day I surprise soundbox was active without my knowledge and again cut the rent 125 RS . I again raise a complaint for deactivate and refund Releted but agent not help me.

i didn’t get any solution from paytm ..
