I have been a loyal customer in your company. I used this sim at last 2 year

During the last 7 months i have been faced bad networking issues for your sim connection. The Internet net connection is too slower.to be say I’m so unhappy for your services,
I have raised complaints over my phone with your customer care executive several time..( You should check it) for your reference, they always check and say we will register your complaint..
I’m disappointed to say that as a reputed telecom company, your services are vere poor than expected. You ought to take more concrete step to ensure that flawless services are enjoyed by the consumers. So please note that your network speed in my location was bad or too slow.. It was happened by the last 7 months..in this 7 months before i have to say it was excellent.. But now i have not done so.
Keep your promises (Indiayas strong network) adv.
I hope you will look into my internet problem more seriously and try to fix the problem permanently. I will wait wait for the nxt 7 days to see the progress and it is not to my satisfaction then i will port your connection because the time period is to long and my 4 friends also face this problems I’m a representative to inform you to this complaint.
