Text of Complaint by Abhijit Ambekar:

This mail is to complain regarding my order number   #86798037907.

The order showed that it will be delivered in 6 minutes for more than 15 minutes and the location of the delivery person was not changing in the App. When I tried to contact the delivery person he deliberately cut my call at least 6-7 times!!!. When I tried to connect with customer care, even they were unable to connect with the delivery person. I had no other option but to cancel the order. and wait for 4-7 days for my refund to come!!!
What a fantastic service!!!!
After a long tiring day, a person orders food since he is too tired to go for dinner, after 45 minutes he gets this!!! Is this the kind of service Swiggy promises??
 I need a strict action to be taken with the delivery person and need a formal apology from Swiggy with  proper refund ASAP. Please let me know the action you are taking. If I do not get a satisfactory reply, will be forced to remove the app and ask all my friends and relatives to do the same.
